• Manage order processing with precision and warmth, ensuring seamless service across our diverse dining outlets.
• Collaborate with chefs, waitstaff, and housekeeping to coordinate and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Use POS systems like Toast or Square to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in our dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to provide accurate and personalized service.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
