📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the delivery of banking services to retail customers, including account opening, transaction processing, and customer service.
• Support the sales and marketing of financial products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in the maintenance and update of customer records using Core Banking System (CBS) and CRM software.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your banking and financial knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
