📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to our employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications, including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact our operations.
• Document all IT processes and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our IT systems meet the needs of our business.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
