📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the procurement process by creating and managing purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices
• Update and maintain inventory records using SAP and other relevant software
• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best deals for Transcon Indonesia
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support procurement decisions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities
• Support the Purchasing team in achieving operational goals and meeting company targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management
• Basic knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
