As a Container Depot Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of depot workers, and ensuring that all safety and environmental regulations are met. You will work closely with the depot manager and other stakeholders to optimize depot performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily container depot operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and supervise a team of depot workers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Monitor and maintain depot equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including depot managers, drivers, and customers, to address operational issues and improve depot performance.
• Monitor and report on depot performance metrics, such as throughput, equipment utilization, and safety incidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance depot operations and drive efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the container depot or logistics industry.
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, such as OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) certification.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in using depot management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational issues.
