- Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT monitoring and system administration
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus
- Proven experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and IT infrastructure
