📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.,Implement and enforce supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs is a plus.
