📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective culinary training programs.,Mentor and guide junior staff to improve their skills and knowledge.,Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of trainee staff.,Collaborate with the management team to improve overall training programs.,Maintain a clean and organized training environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef or culinary instructor.,Proven track record of successfully training and developing junior staff.,Strong knowledge of various culinary techniques and recipes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,A passion for teaching and mentoring others.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
