Rumah Sakit Maya Geprek is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Teacher to join our team. As a Senior Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring our students in various subjects. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and a passion for teaching. This is a full-time position located in Pematangsiantar.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans and curricula.,Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.,Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve student outcomes.,Participate in professional development activities and workshops.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license.
