📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including managing a team of junior technicians.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory tests and results.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Training and mentoring junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of patients and the overall goals of the healthcare facility.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory activities and results.,Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.,Certification in relevant laboratory technologies or standards, such as CLIA or CAP.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including but not limited to, automated analyzers, microscopes, and laboratory information systems.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and quality in all laboratory activities.
