Home Village Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making.,Managing the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Preparing and submitting tax returns and ensuring timely payment of taxes.,Supervising and mentoring junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
