📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure financial targets are met through effective cost control and revenue generation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and licensing requirements.
