Den Central Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.,Process customer payments and handle transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
