Rejeki Dewi Gadget is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome.,Ensure that all banquet facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.,Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are executed according to plan.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and event details.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
