📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or non-compliance issues.,Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions for quality issues.,Maintaining and updating quality control procedures and documentation.,Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control processes and best practices.,Ensuring compliance with international quality standards and certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Knowledge of quality control standards and certifications (ISO, ASQ, etc.).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
