📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including coordinating transportation, arranging tours, and handling special requests.,Oversee the daily operations of the estate, including managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.,Act as a liaison between guests and various service providers, such as chefs, housekeepers, and concierges.,Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.,Participate in estate events and activities, contributing to a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the estate is stocked with necessary supplies and amenities for guest use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or butler role, preferably in a high-end resort or estate.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills a plus.,Knowledge of local customs, culture, and etiquette in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.,Valid driver's license and experience driving luxury vehicles.,Familiarity with estate management software and tools.
