📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to primary school students, aligning with the curriculum and international standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including interactive activities, multimedia tools, and educational software like Google Classroom and Kahoot.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and educational programs.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information using school management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably with experience in an international or bilingual school.
• Strong knowledge of the English language and curriculum, including proficiency in teaching reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Experience with educational technology and software, such as Google Classroom, Kahoot, and other interactive learning tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
