📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing the company's cash flow and ensuring timely payment of bills and salaries.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
