As a Production Staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our production processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply of materials.,Conduct quality checks on finished products.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.,Proven track record in managing production processes and inventory.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and remote).,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
