Sumber Krisna Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and inspections.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Participate in safety training and ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
