As the Head of Border Affairs, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance border security measures, facilitate smooth cross-border trade and travel, and promote regional stability. You will work with advanced border management systems, including the Integrated Border Management System (SIMPBB) and the National Single Window (Jendela Tunggal Nasional), to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement border security policies and strategies to ensure the safety and security of the Bangka Belitung Islands region.
• Oversee the operations of border checkpoints and immigration facilities, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Coordinate with government agencies, international partners, and local communities to facilitate cross-border cooperation and regional development.
• Manage and optimize the use of advanced border management systems, such as the Integrated Border Management System (SIMPBB) and the National Single Window (Jendela Tunggal Nasional).
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of border security measures to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
• Represent the Regional Government of Bangka Belitung Islands in national and international forums related to border security and regional development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Border Affairs team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of border activities and security incidents to relevant authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in border security, immigration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing border security initiatives and projects.
• Strong understanding of national and international border security policies and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in border security management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with advanced border management systems, such as the Integrated Border Management System (SIMPBB) and the National Single Window (Jendela Tunggal Nasional), is highly desirable.
