📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports and other required documentation.,Support in the organization of fleet-related meetings and events.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.
