Duta Yoga Spareparts is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Field Sales to join our team in Garut, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in the field, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies in the field.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales representatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to sales teams.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.,Familiarity with the local market and customer needs.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
