📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
