📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare and distribute job postings on various platforms.,Provide administrative support during recruitment events and job fairs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
