Plus Point Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security professional to join our team in Medan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate security risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires to assess their suitability for employment.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and protocols.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using security equipment and software.,Valid security clearance or certification (preferred).,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
