Tanggung Jawab:
Leading and managing internal audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.Overseeing the development and implementation of internal control systems.Conducting audits to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records and reporting.Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information and evidence.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficient in using audit software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
