📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.,Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Assisting with network and server maintenance.,Documenting technical issues and solutions.,Training employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Monitoring system performance and reporting any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Familiarity with common IT security practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
