Sentral Umar Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced instructor to join our team. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education programs to our clients. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about health and wellness and is committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our clients.,Conduct group classes and provide one-on-one coaching to ensure client success.,Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the fitness industry.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or similar role.,Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with health and wellness principles and practices.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Proficiency in using technology for training and communication.
