📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, promotions, and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Monitor and report on call center performance metrics to ensure quality service.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and processes.
