Sentral Wati Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team. Located in the heart of Jimbaran, Bali, our cafe is known for its cozy atmosphere and delicious coffee. We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere,Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately,Manage and maintain the cash register and point-of-sale system,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain a clean and organized work area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic cash handling and POS systems,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
