📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Use Zendesk and Salesforce to manage and track customer inquiries, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist job seekers with their applications, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Help clients find the perfect candidates by understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable job seekers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Adapt to a rotational shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to handle varying workloads.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and development in your customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a recruitment or related industry.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and help desk tools like Zendesk.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
